Jackfa
03 / FAIR FOLLOW

Followers first.
Author last.

A fixed order of submission. Your own size and limits. One shared reference for exits, with every fill from both sides on the record.

THE SUBMISSION ORDER
01 / BEFORE THE FIRST BATCH

Your follow.
Your limits.

Following a plan does not mean giving up your sizing. Each follower trades from their own account, with their own size, loss cap, markets, and direction.

A locked plan needs a boundary.

Automatic following needs a match on your allowed markets, direction, and maximum leverage. Without that match, Jackfa is designed to ask you first instead of quietly placing an order.

01

Eligible followers

Find active follows and each follower’s own rules.

02

Capacity check

Cap total size against visible book depth and scale down pro-rata when needed.

03

Follower batches

Send follower orders in shuffled batches, inside a set price band.

04

Author order

Once follower orders are in, send the author’s own order last.

02 / CAPACITY CHECK

A batch should
fit its market.

In this example, total follower size is capped at 20% of the visible book depth, scaled pro-rata when demand runs higher. Try the arithmetic with your own numbers.

Illustrative only: the 20% share is an example, not a published setting. Real depth changes with the market.
MAXIMUM BATCH$20,000

66.7% of each requested size fits under this example cap.

03 / ONE EXIT REFERENCE

One exit rule.
Separate fills.

TRIGGER PRICE / P₀
STOPP₀TARGET
Followers’ reduce-only closes → author’s close

The exit is worked out once.

Followers’ stops and targets are set from the trigger price, one shared reference. It can differ from a follower’s own entry price. Every exit is reduce-only, so a close can shrink a position but never flip it.

Every fill sits side by side.

The author’s fill is shown next to every follower’s, so any gap in price is in plain view. Jackfa only sees the linked account; other accounts an author may hold stay outside the record.

Going first does not guarantee a better fill.

Separate orders can get different fills, and markets move between batches. Following someone else’s plan carries its own risks. Fair-follow sharing will carry a small fee, announced before it starts.
